GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE INTERSTICES SUD AQUITAINE – ALTERNATIVE FENG SHUI
Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales of services offered by INTERSTICES SUD AQUITAINE – ALTERNATIVE FENG SHUI, including guided online training courses.
Placing an order implies unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
Article 2 – Description of Services
The services offered consist of:
- online training accessible via a digital platform
- integration exercises to be completed by the client
- personalised educational support, including up to five individualised reviews of the exercises submitted by the client

Article 3 – Access
Access to the training course is personal, non-transferable and strictly reserved for the customer. Access is granted once payment has been confirmed, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified at the time of ordering.
Duration of access: 12 months
The customer is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technical resources (internet connection, equipment).
Article 4 – Order
All orders are placed online via a secure payment platform.
Confirmation of payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 5 – Pricing and Payment
Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes.
Payment is due immediately upon placing your order.
Payment is made by credit card via a secure payment system (Stripe).
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.
However, by confirming their registration, the customer expressly agrees to:
- immediate access to the course
- and waives their right of withdrawal once the course has begun
No refund may be claimed once the customer has accessed the course content and/or the service has commenced.
Article 7 – Support
The client may submit up to 5 integration cases.
The service provider undertakes to provide feedback within 7 working days of receipt.
Beyond the 5 feedback instances provided, any additional requests may be subject to a charge.
Article 8 – Liability
The service provider is bound by an obligation of means.
The services offered are intended to provide educational support and personal development. Under no circumstances do they constitute:
- medical support
- psychological support
- or a guarantee of results
The client remains fully responsible for their decisions, actions and interpretations.
Article 9 – Client Commitment
The client acknowledges that they play an active role in their own journey and undertakes to:
- carry out the recommended exercises
- engage fully in the training
The results depend on their personal commitment.
Article 10 – Intellectual Property
All content (videos, materials, methods, texts) is protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, distribution or sharing, in whole or in part, without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Article 11 – Personal Data
Personal data is collected in accordance with the GDPR.
Customers have the right to access, rectify and delete their data.

Article 12 – Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a matter of priority.
Failing that, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of the company’s registered office.
Foreign consumers are entitled to the protection afforded by the mandatory laws of their country.
